Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Bonded textile backing is what separates this outlet filter from a bare pleated pad. The fabric layer holds the media square in its frame so air passes through the whole face rather than one collapsed corner, and it adds a second capture stage behind the pleats. Part 7095ER01 is the version cut for the FELIX Fun upright.
Anything fine enough to slip past the paper bag and then past the pre-motor filter arrives here, at the outlet, immediately before the air rejoins the room. That is why an element pulled out after a year of service looks grey rather than white, and why a machine can feel tired long before its bag is anywhere near full: the restriction is behind the motor, not in front of it. The FELIX range uses a different exhaust filter number for each finish, so the colour of your machine decides the part as much as the shape does. The Fun takes 7095ER01; the Classic takes 7095ER03, the ice blue takes 7095ER02, the onyx 7095ER04, the white 7095ER11 and the rosso 7095ER12.

If the machine has never had this stage changed, expect the element that comes out to be markedly darker than the one going in, and expect the difference in the exhaust to be noticeable on the first pass afterwards. It is a tool-free swap at the outlet housing, which makes it the easiest of the three filtration stages to keep on schedule.
Lift the old element out of its housing and press the replacement home with the textile face turned the same way round, then check the cover closes flush so no air escapes past the frame.
