Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Position 41 on the FELIX exploded parts diagram is the exhaust filter, and in the onyx finish that part is 7095ER04. It occupies the outlet housing at the back of the machine, downstream of both the dust bag and the pre-motor stage, and it is the last thing the air passes through before returning to the room.
The media carries a bonded textile layer that keeps the pleats standing under load and adds a further capture stage behind them. Since the element also catches motor-borne carbon dust, its face darkens steadily with hours of use, which makes it a reliable visual gauge of how hard the machine has worked rather than of how long it has been sitting in the cupboard. Left in place too long it becomes a restriction, and a restriction after the motor is felt the same way as a blockage before it: weaker pickup, a warmer machine and a louder note under load.
