Foot pedal end of the SOFTCASE CE12 base carries its own wheel, and 75119GS covers the left-hand side, supplied on its axle and finished in gray black. It is not the same item as the short-axle wheel 75112GS, so the axle length and the side are both worth confirming against the machine before the order goes in.
This wheel earns its wear twice over. It rolls like any other, and it sits at the end of the base that takes the operator's foot every time the handle is released or the machine is tipped back onto its rear wheels. Split rims, flat spots worn into the tread and an axle that has picked up enough play to rattle are all reasons to change it, and a worn wheel on this corner also upsets how the head sits on the floor, which shows up as uneven brush contact rather than as an obvious wheel fault.
Wheel and axle come as one piece. Nothing has to be pressed together, and no separate axle number is needed. The axle bracket in the base is listed at position 171 on the CE12 diagram and is the part that holds it, so check that bracket for cracks while the wheel is off.
