Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

English garden joins the FRESH line-up as part 4292C, packed eight sticks to a box. A single stick placed in the bag compartment or the scent slot is enough to change what the machine gives back to the room, trading the shut-in smell of collected dust for a garden note.

Fragrance holds through several cleaning runs and then falls away gradually, and that is when the next stick is loaded. Eight of them cover a long stretch of ordinary use.
