SEBO Magnet Support, Assemb...

Product details
Magnets do the quiet work in the SOFTCASE CE12, and a magnet is only useful while it stays exactly where the design put it. Part 75096ER is the magnet support, and SEBO ships it assembled, so the carrier and its magnet arrive as one finished unit ready to go straight onto the machine. It is drawn at position 132 in the exploded parts list.
Position 132 sits in interesting company. The support lever 75122 is numbered at 130 and the pile wheel axle clamp 2849 at 138, while the complete switch 05112ER appears at 140, so the magnet support lives between the mechanical linkage group and the switching group. That is exactly what would be expected of a magnet used to report a position rather than to hold anything. A support whose magnet has worked loose in service, or whose mounting has fractured, upsets that reporting even though nothing looks broken, and re-seating a loose magnet by hand rarely returns it to the tolerance the factory set. Because the replacement arrives finished, the job is a matter of releasing the old support and locating the new one.
