Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A lead that has been nicked by a door, crushed under a castor or pulled hard at the strain relief is the usual reason a canister trips a breaker, cuts out halfway along a hallway, or refuses to start at all. Part 6369GS is the factory supply lead for the powered hose circuit on the C3, K3 and D4, and fitting a fresh one is a far better outcome than taping over damaged insulation and hoping.

Because the cord feeds a powered hose rather than the canister motor alone, it carries a heavier load than a plain supply lead, and that is exactly why an original-specification part matters here. Conductor gauge, plug and termination all follow the factory item, so it seats in the original strain relief and mates with the connector already on the machine, with nothing improvised. Symptoms that point at the cord rather than at the electronics are worth knowing: power that comes and goes when the lead is moved near the entry point, a breaker that trips as the reel is drawn out to a particular length, visible copper anywhere along the sheath, or a plug that runs warm.
