Product details
Every SEBO CE12 SOFTCASE draws its supply through a small two-wire connector sitting inside the bag compartment. That component is 8177ER, and the factory parts list for the machine gives it item 10, describing it there as a two-wire mains connector.
Anything handling full line current inside a machine that is shoved, hauled and wound up has a finite life. Each tug on the cord and each flex of the housing under load produces a small arc across the contact faces; the oxide left behind lifts resistance, the joint begins running warm, and the vacuum starts cutting in and out mid-pass. That behaviour is usually blamed on the switch or the board, when the connector feeding both of them is where the trouble began.
Following the sheet downward makes the supply path clear and keeps the order honest. The cord itself is item 15, printed as a two-wire cable of 9.25 m in 2 x 17 AWG under number 75031, and it passes through the cable sealing adapter at item 6, number 75146, before it terminates here. Downstream sits the 120 V board, item 120, number 75126ER. Naming the trap plainly: a tired cord and a tired connector feel identical from the handle, so the complete cord assembly gets ordered when only item 10 has degraded. Inspect the connector before committing to the bigger number.
