Two different wheel numbers cover the SOFTCASE CE12, and they are told apart by their axles rather than by the wheel itself. the one listed here, 75112GS, carries the shorter axle and is finished in gray black to match the rest of the machine's exterior mouldings. The other is the foot pedal wheel, 75119GS, which is supplied left-hand with a longer axle, so check which one is missing before ordering.
Wheels get replaced for wear that is easy to see and easy to feel. A flat spot on the tread makes the machine thump as it rolls, a split rim leaves it sitting low on one corner, and an axle that has stiffened in its mount turns a light push into a shove. None of that improves with cleaning.
The wheel is supplied with the short axle already fitted, so nothing has to be pressed together on the bench and no separate axle number is needed. In the base, the axle bracket at position 171 on the CE12 diagram is what locates it, and a wheel that still sits out of true after fitting usually means that bracket has cracked as well.
