Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This compatible replacement secondary filter measures 6.5 by 3-3/4 inches and fits Riccar upright vacuums. Placed after the bag, it captures fine dust that gets past the primary stage, protecting the motor and helping keep the exhaust air clean. Clean secondary filtration is part of what keeps suction strong over time.

A filter that is discolored, damaged, or clogged with fine dust makes the motor work harder and lets more dust reach the exhaust. Left in place, it drags down cleaning performance and can shorten motor life. A fresh filter restores proper airflow and particle capture.
