Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Panasonic selector lever spring (part #AMC24R-V30) is a replacement part for the 6210 that controls the belt engagement mechanism. It returns the selector lever so the belt drives the brush roll on carpet and releases it for bare floors.

A stretched or broken spring leaves the lever without tension, so the belt control no longer shifts cleanly and can stick between positions. That means the brush roll may not engage when you need it. A fresh spring restores firm lever return and dependable mode changes.
