We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This kit is for X7/X8 filter housings. X1, X2, X4 and X5 use a different service box even though they share the 5093AM bag design.

Part numbers and package labels

51828AM is the U.S. catalog reference for this service box. 51828ER is an alternate genuine SEBO reference for the same listed model fitment and kit contents. If your existing package says 51828AM or 51828ER, use the compatible-model list and the contents above to confirm your replacement. The different letter suffix alone does not mean it is the wrong kit.

This cross-reference applies specifically to 51828AM/51828ER; it is not a rule that all SEBO numbers or carton codes are interchangeable.

When and how to replace bags and filters

Follow the bag-change indicator and instructions in your vacuum's manual. Fine dust can restrict airflow before a bag looks full. Switch off and unplug the vacuum, remove the used bag, close its sealing cap, and seat the new collar fully in the holder. Check that the bag is correctly positioned before closing the cover.

Replace the filters according to your model's maintenance instructions. Do not wash disposable bags or filters. How long a box lasts depends on the debris collected and how often you clean.
