Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This service kit with brush is a maintenance set for the Kirby Avalir II upright vacuum. The kit gathers the routine wear items, including a brush roll, that keep the machine's cleaning head agitating carpet and picking up debris effectively.

A brush roll dulls as its bristles wear down and the belt and related parts age, which leaves the vacuum gliding over carpet without lifting embedded dirt. Refreshing the head with the service kit restores firm bristle contact and full pickup on carpet.
