Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The genuine Miele SF-HA 60 HEPA AirClean Filter is the sealed exhaust filter made for the Blizzard CX1 Boost canister. It sits as the final filtration stage, capturing fine dust and allergens before filtered air leaves the machine.

Over months of cleaning a HEPA filter fills with trapped particles, and a clogged element chokes airflow, drops suction, and lets odors linger. Swapping in a fresh SF-HA 60 reopens the airflow path and returns clean exhaust to the room.
