Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Blue Crew High-Foam Carpet Shampoo, part SC2030C-310023, is a foaming carpet cleaning solution sized for bonnet and rotary shampoo machines rather than hot water extraction units. Those machines depend on foam, rather than sheer water volume, to work dirt loose from carpet fibers, so a high-foam formula belongs in one of them, whereas a detergent built for low-foam extraction use simply will not lather up the way this job calls for.

Mix and apply according to the directions printed on the bottle. Overloading the carpet with solution on a bonnet or rotary machine leaves excess moisture behind since there is no separate recovery pass to pull it back out, so follow the label rather than adding extra for a deeper clean.

Test the solution on a small, hidden patch of carpet before treating a full room, standard practice with any carpet chemical you have not used before.

This 32 ounce bottle suits routine home carpet maintenance. The same formula is also sold in a one gallon size for more frequent use.
