Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement machine end coupling connects a shop vacuum hose, stepping a 2 1/4-inch machine fitting to a 1 1/2-inch hose. It forms the sealed link at the machine end so suction transfers cleanly from the vacuum into the hose.
