Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Hoover 11 inch multi-surface floor tool is a backpack vacuum attachment with a 1-1/2 inch connection, sized for hard floors and low pile carpet. If your facility mixes tile hallways with carpeted offices, one tool that handles both saves time on every pass.

The 11 inch head balances coverage with maneuverability, wide enough to clear open floor quickly and narrow enough to work between desks and fixtures. It fits Hoover backpack models CH93619, CH34006, CH93406, and C2401.
