Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This clutch agitator pulley assembly controls brush-roll engagement and speed for poly-V belt drive systems. It fits a range of Simplicity uprights along with the Riccar Vibrance R20P, Titan T4000, Fuller Brush FBMM-PWCF4, and Maytag M700.

When the clutch or pulley wears, the brush roll spins too slowly, slips, or fails to engage even with a good belt installed. The assembly is what protects the belt and regulates agitator speed. A fresh unit restores proper brush-roll performance and belt protection.
