Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This telescopic wand replaces the worn or damaged wand on the Simplicity Symmetry canister and fits models 1214 and C626. It extends and locks at your chosen length so cleaning stays comfortable from baseboards to ceiling.

A bent, dented, or cracked wand restricts airflow and reduces suction at the cleaning head, and a worn joint may stop locking securely. Replacing the wand returns full extension, a firm lock, and the clear airflow path the canister depends on.
