Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Built as a single-speed unit, this replacement Ametek Lamb 1-stage motor (Part #116325-00) runs on 120 volts at 60/50 Hz with peripheral discharge and an open enclosure. Rated figures include 95.0 CFM at a 2-inch orifice, 50.1 inches of sealed vacuum, and 5.7 maximum amps, which suits both vacuum and blower applications.

When the motor wears out, suction fades, the unit runs louder than normal, or it shuts off intermittently. Installing the matching single-stage motor restores rated airflow and steady operation.
