Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine replacement Sirena Water Basin (Part #V41W9901T) fits the Sirena S10NA canister vacuum. The basin attaches to the dolly at the bottom and the main housing at the top, forming the core water filtration chamber where dust and debris are trapped in water.
