We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement electric hose assembly (Part #S-109) fits the Sirena water filtration canister vacuum and carries both suction and power to the cleaning head. It is the old-style hose with a 5-1/2 inch metal tube neck that seats into the wand.
Flexing over years cracks the outer wall and fatigues the internal wiring, which shows up as lost suction or a power nozzle that cuts out. A sound hose reconnects both the airflow and the electrical path so the nozzle runs and suction holds.

- Tip: measure your current metal tube neck before ordering, since Sirena used more than one style
Replacement means disconnecting the electrical and suction fittings at both ends and seating the new hose. It fits all standard Sirena brushes and tools once installed.
