We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Hoover Oxy Spot Chaser Pre-Treat formula comes in a 32-ounce bottle, formulated as a pretreat for the Hoover SmartWash Pet SpotChaser Wand. The fast-acting solution attacks and breaks down both old and new stains, from ketchup and pasta sauce to coffee and grape juice.

Set-in spots and fresh spills resist a straight pass of the machine and often need loosening first to release from the fibers. Applying the pretreat ahead of cleaning breaks down the stain and lifts embedded dirt so the wand can flush it away in one quick cleanup.
