Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Miele STB 305-3 TurboTeQ is an air-driven turbobrush floorhead, material number 10455360. Miele publishes it as having no separate connection and being powered by the current of air, so the brush roll inside spins on the airflow moving through the hose rather than on a motor of its own.

Miele lists it for easy and thorough cleaning of short-pile carpets and for quick removal of hair and threads, even from delicate rugs, and states that an air valve stops the head sticking to the carpet. That valve is the difference between a turbobrush you can push and one that pins itself to the pile as suction builds.
