Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement steel washer (Part #1888001400) is used in the powered nozzle brush roll assembly, with two washers per assembly. The washers sit at the ends of the brush roll, spacing the roll and supporting the bearings so it spins true within the nozzle.

Worn, bent, or missing washers let the brush roll shift and rub, which adds noise, uneven wear, and drag that slows agitation. Fresh washers restore correct spacing and smooth rotation.
