Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

This replacement strain relief lock fits Hoover Convertible uprights. It clamps the power cord where it enters the housing, locking the cord so pulls and tugs do not reach the internal wiring.

A broken strain relief lets the cord move at the entry point, and over time that flexing frays the wires and creates a shock or short hazard. A fresh lock anchors the cord again and protects the connection inside. A cord that cannot flex at the housing also stays safer over the life of the vacuum, not just on the day you fix it.
