Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Finished in almond rather than white, this Hayden SuperValve is a 110V side-opening direct connect wall inlet built for use across Hayden and Canplas central vacuum equipment. The almond tone works well against warmer trim and wall colors where a bright white inlet plate would otherwise stand out.

Direct connect operation is the functional advantage here. Plug the hose into the inlet and the power nozzle switches on by itself, without a separate power cord to plug in at the tool end. That single-step start is one of the more noticeable convenience upgrades an owner can make when replacing an older, cord-dependent inlet.

Because it wires into a 110V receptacle, this inlet suits installations where direct wiring is more practical than a low-voltage pigtail run. Confirm your system is Hayden or Canplas before ordering, since the mounting flange and door mechanism are specific to that valve family and should not be assumed to interchange with other brands.

Test the direct connect function with a hose before closing up the wall plate, confirming the power nozzle activates promptly on insertion and shuts off cleanly on removal. Because the receptacle wires into household power, have a qualified electrician handle the connection if you are not comfortable working inside a wall box with live circuits.
