Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This 2-wire handle switch with circuit board (part #805882) is a replacement for the Hayden New Style central vacuum hose. The switch mounts in the hose grip and signals the power unit to start and stop, letting you control the vacuum from the handle.

When a handle switch fails, the vacuum may not respond at the grip, run intermittently, or refuse to shut off, usually from a cracked board or broken wire lead. A fresh switch and board restore reliable at-the-handle control.
