Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement Kenmore swivel assembly with a 2-prong connector links the wand to the power nozzle and lets the nozzle pivot while carrying the electrical feed that drives its brush roll. It provides the rotating joint that keeps the nozzle flat as you steer.

A worn swivel loses its electrical contact or binds at the pivot, which can cut power to the nozzle or make steering stiff. Replacing the assembly restores a clean 2-prong connection and smooth pivoting so the nozzle tracks and powers correctly.
