A brush roller that dies mid-pass, or a head that fights you on every turn, usually points at the pivot rather than the motor. Part 2362F1GS renews that whole joint in one go: the swivel housing plus the black cable, 46 in. long, already run through and terminated.

The swivel neck is the hinge that lets the cleaning head recline and follow the floor while the wand stays upright, and the low-voltage feed to the brush motor passes through the same moving joint. Flex fatigue lands on the lead first, which is why SEBO services the two together as one assembly instead of as separate items. The faults that point here are a pivot gone loose and vague, a brush that cuts in and out as the handle swings through its arc, and visible chafing where the cable leaves the neck. Any of those is worth acting on early, because a lead that has worn through its insulation does not improve with use.
