This genuine SEBO Swivel Neck Assembly for the X1 and X2 uprights includes the 5328OR slider that carries the electrical contacts through the joint. It is the steering neck that ties the handle to the chassis while maintaining the sliding power connection as the handle moves.
When the assembly wears or the contact slider fails, the machine can steer loosely, lose power at the head, or behave erratically as the connection breaks and remakes. Installing the complete neck with its 5328OR slider restores both the pivot and a steady electrical contact.
