Returns & Exchanges

Built for North American 120-volt machines, SEBO 3123HG is the light gray swivel neck assembly for the Duo brush machine and sits at position 48 on the Duo parts diagram. The neck is the pivot between upper body and base: it lets the handle recline and turn while routing the electrical feed through the joint to the motor below.

Two failures dominate. Cracks form around the pivot where the plastic has flexed under years of steering, and the wiring inside chafes where it passes through the moving section. The symptoms are correspondingly split - stiff or notchy steering and a handle that no longer holds its angle on one hand, a head that cuts out as the handle moves and running that comes and goes on the other. An intermittent that follows handle position rather than switch position is the classic sign that the neck rather than the switch is at fault. Because the internal wiring is specified by market, the 120V version is the one to order for a machine sold in the United States. The neck cover 2022HG at position 47 and the support assembly 3051 at position 50 sit either side of it and are worth inspecting while the joint is apart.
