Cen-Tec Swivel Neck-cen Tec...

Product details

The swivel neck, part D350-4514, is the jointed elbow on top of a Cen-Tec CB100 power nozzle where the wand meets the head. It is what lets the nozzle stay flat on the floor while the wand swings from upright to nearly horizontal under a bed or a sofa.

Necks break because everything you do to steer the machine passes through that one joint. When the plastic cracks or the pivot wears loose, the nozzle starts flopping instead of following the wand, the head will not sit flat on the carpet, and any electrical connection running through the neck to the brush motor can go intermittent along with it.

A new neck restores proper steering and a positive connection to the wand. Compare yours before ordering, as power nozzle necks vary between models.
