This genuine SEBO Swivel Neck, complete is the two-wire version built for the ET-1 power head used on the DART, finished in gray black. It forms the pivot between head and tube and carries the two-wire electrical connection that powers the brush.
If the neck cracks or the two-wire path breaks, the head can steer poorly, lose power to the brush roll, or sit unevenly on the floor. Fitting the correct two-wire complete neck renews both the mechanical pivot and the electrical link at once.
