Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

For Panasonic power nozzles, this replacement swivel seal (part #AMC742-019) sits at the swivel joint where the wand meets the nozzle, keeping the airway airtight as the nozzle pivots.

A worn or cracked swivel seal leaks air at the joint, and that leak drops suction right where the nozzle should be pulling debris. A failing seal can also make the swivel stiff or gritty. A fresh seal restores an airtight, smooth-turning joint.
