Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This 6 foot electric pigtail cord connects a central vacuum hose to a standard wall outlet to power an electric powerhead. One end carries a female two-prong receptacle that mates to the hose, while the other ends in a plug for the wall socket.

A frayed or failed pigtail cord cuts power to the powerhead, so the brush roll stops even while suction continues. Replacing it with a sound cord restores a safe, reliable feed from the outlet to the hose, bringing the motorized head back to full operation.
