We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Titan 90-degree sweep spigot elbow, part SV8046, changes direction in central vacuum piping without robbing airflow through the bend. Plastiflex manufactures the fitting, sized to fit standard central vacuum pipe and listed for the Titan TCS4702 and TCS6602 systems.

Sweep-style elbows carry the load in any built-in vacuum piping layout. Their gentle curve lets debris ride through the bend rather than catching, the failure mode a sharp plumbing-style elbow invites, and that same gentle geometry costs less airflow across a run with several direction changes between the power unit and the farthest inlet.

Dry-fit the elbow into your layout before cementing, then solvent-weld the joint per your system's installation guidelines. This fitting is stocked to fit both new Titan installations and repairs on existing TCS4702 and TCS6602 systems, and Vacuums and More holds authorized dealer status for the Titan brand.

On a system already fitted with Plastiflex components, matching fitting types keeps solvent-weld compatibility consistent across the whole run. Mixing incompatible plastics at a joint is one of the less obvious ways a central vacuum installation ends up with a seal that looks fine on installation day and fails months later. Keep a spare elbow on hand if you are servicing several Titan systems on a route, since a sweep elbow is one of the fittings most likely to need replacing after a section of tubing gets disturbed during other repair work.
