Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

The carry and steering handle for the Titan T8000 bagless canister, part KC01BDXEZV07. The same handle is used on several Kenmore canisters built alongside it, including 116.10065410, 116.22614310, 125.22614610, 161.0065410 and 162.2614310.

Canister handles carry the whole weight of the machine up a flight of stairs, and they take the strain every time the body gets dragged along by the hose instead of being lifted. They break at the pivot or at the mounting boss, and once one side has gone, the canister has to be carried underhanded or shoved along with a foot — awkward treatment for a machine that is otherwise perfectly good.

Replacement is a bolt-on job rather than a teardown. Check the model plate before ordering so you know you are on the list above.
