Titan Power Nozzle Lamp Ass...

Product details

Part 571005104 is the replacement lamp assembly for the headlight on Titan T8000, T9200, T9400 and TCS973 power nozzles. It is the lit half of the headlight, wiring into its seat behind the lens at the front of the nozzle so the beam falls on the floor just ahead of the brush roll.

A dead nozzle headlight is the obvious symptom, and it usually arrives after a stretch of flickering, or light that comes and goes as the nozzle swivels. Once it quits, the shadowed strip under a bed or sofa is guesswork, and that is where the dust is. If the lens is clear and the vacuum otherwise runs, the assembly is the part to change.

Unplug the vacuum before opening the nozzle, and check the lens for cracks while you have access.
