We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. On a Titan T750 backpack vacuum, the main body is the molded housing that carries nearly every other component, and it doubles as the enclosure the motor draws against to build suction in the first place.
Every part of that arrangement depends on the housing staying sealed. Drop it hard enough to knock a mounting face out of true, or split the plastic outright, and outside air finds its way in ahead of the filter, quietly stealing pull at the nozzle that neither a fresh filter nor a healthy motor can make up for. Few machines take this kind of punishment the way a backpack unit does, set down hard between rooms, hauled through doorways, thrown in the back of a service van at the end of a shift.
This is the replacement Titan body, part 17-7835-07. A hairline fracture in the shell itself, as opposed to a loose latch or a worn lid gasket, is what calls for this level of repair, and swapping the housing is what returns a T750 to a sealed, working machine instead of scrapping one that has plenty of life left in the motor.
Before ordering a housing this central, confirm the damage really sits in the body itself rather than in a lid or seal that closes against it, since those are cheaper fixes. With the machine emptied, a slow pass over the shell under a bright light picks out hairline cracks, and any sealing face that looks rubbed or shiny where it should sit flat deserves a second look. The swap itself means transferring components across from the old body, so set aside unhurried time and keep fasteners organized as they come off.
