Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM motor case (Part #KC09FDXEZ000) fits the Titan T8000 bagless canister and Kenmore models 116.10065410, 116.22614310, and 125.22614610. The case encloses the motor, sealing it away from dust and directing airflow correctly through the machine.

A cracked or missing motor case exposes the motor's electrical components to debris and disrupts the airflow the motor depends on for cooling and suction. Left unaddressed, that leads to overheating and lost performance. A properly fitted case reseals the motor bay and restores the intended airflow path.
