We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 571005101 is the nozzle bumper for Titan power nozzles, the moulded strip running around the front of the head that takes the impact when you run into a chair leg or a skirting board.
Bumpers do their job by being sacrificial. Over a few years they crack, tear at the mounting points, or lose whole sections, and once part of it is gone the hard plastic housing behind starts meeting the furniture instead. Scuffs on chair legs and a chipped nozzle shell are the usual prompts to replace one.
It fits the Titan T8000, T9200, T9400 and TCS973 power nozzles. Check the housing itself for cracks while the bumper is off, since damage there is easy to miss underneath the trim.
