We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 571005110 is the base plate for Titan T8000, T9200, T9400 and TCS973 power nozzles: the underside panel that faces the carpet and carries the brush roll and the nozzle's internals in their proper positions.
Because the plate sets brush roll height and closes the bottom of the suction chamber, damage to it shows up as poor cleaning rather than as an obvious break. A cracked or warped plate lets the roll sit crooked, so pickup is good along one side of the path and thin along the other, and vibration works its way back up the wand. Broken mounting bosses also open a gap where grit gets into the housing.
It fastens on with the original hardware. The brush roll is fully exposed with the plate off, which is the moment to strip wound hair from the roller ends and look over the belt.
