We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

The rear wheel shaft, part 571005109, is the axle the rear wheels of a Titan power nozzle turn on. It fits the T8000, T9200, T9400 and TCS973 nozzles and slides into its channel across the back of the head.

Shafts bend before they break. A vacuum tipped over, or dragged up a stair edge by the hose, is enough to put a set in one, and from then on the wheels sit at a slight angle. The nozzle pulls to one side, a wheel scrubs instead of rolling, and the wheel bores wear oval, so the new wheels you fit go bad quickly too.

A straight shaft puts both wheels back in line. Inspect the wheels themselves while the shaft is out, since a bent shaft has usually taken them with it.
