We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Titan T3600 combines a powered upright floor nozzle with a detachable canister pod for more flexible cleaning. Separate floor and carpet modes control the brushroll, and the included hose tools help move from open floors to stairs, furniture and tight spaces.
