Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The dust cover assembly closes the bag compartment on a Titan T4000.2, and part U11-537.SC is the black replacement - cover and latch supplied together. It is as much the seal on that compartment as it is a lid, because air is meant to leave the machine through the bag rather than around the door.

Two symptoms point here. One is dust appearing on the outside of the machine along the edge of the compartment, which means unfiltered air has found a way past. The other is a lid that no longer stays shut, or needs a shove to catch, which is the latch rather than the cover itself.

Taking the assembly rather than the pieces separately avoids the usual trap of fitting a fresh latch to a warped cover and getting the same leak back within a month.
