Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the printed Titan vacuum product line brochure, part 17-0040-03, sold 25 to a pack and covering the current Titan model range. Vacuums and More is an authorized Titan dealer, and keeping printed material on hand lets us hand customers something concrete to take home rather than describing models from memory at the counter.

A brochure works where a screen or a verbal rundown falls short. It puts the whole lineup in a customer's hands to compare at their own pace, and it travels well in a service bag or on a trade show table without needing power or a connection.

Keep the display rack or counter stack topped off rather than waiting until it runs empty, since a customer who does not see a brochure will not think to ask for one. A pack of 25 covers a reasonable stretch of counter turnover before it needs replacing.
