We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Titan's 9902, listed here as the XLT canister, is the largest-coverage central vacuum power unit in the Titan range, specified for homes up to 10,000 square feet. A twin-turbine motor drives 659 air watts, 135.8 CFM of airflow and 144.9 inches of water lift on 120 volts at up to 14.1 amps, the highest suction figure among the Titan units carried here. Like the rest of the range it is installed once in a garage, basement, attic or crawlspace and connected to inlets and tubing run through the walls rather than moved between rooms.
Collection is hybrid on this unit, which means it can be run with a bag fitted or without one. Titan lists 5 gallons of capacity when bagged and 4 gallons in the canister when run bagless, so households that prefer contained disposal and those that prefer emptying a pail are both accommodated by the same machine. A self-cleaning filter sits behind whichever mode you choose.
