Item 22 on SEBO's AIRBELT E schematic is the top casing, and part 8328DBER is the dark blue one, the finish used on the AIRBELT E2 TURBO. It comes as a bare shell with nothing fitted inside it.
Most people who need one have dropped the machine or dropped something onto it. A corner broken away, a lid that will not sit down flat, a shell cracked across a moulding line: none of that touches the motor or the electronics, which is why a new casing is often the whole repair. The internals move across as a set, so the cost of the job is mostly time at the bench.
Item 22 is one of four body numbers on that sheet, and mixing them up is the easy mistake to make. Item 1 is the bottom casing, item 5 the middle casing, item 22 this top casing, and item 23 a top cover inner part. The middle casing row is the interesting one, because the schematic notes that it arrives complete with items 6 and 7, the cover latch spring and the bolt, whereas the top casing brings nothing along with it. Order the shell you have actually broken rather than the one nearest it on the drawing.
