Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Finished in black, this replacement Hayden Vac-U-Sweep trim plate (Part #845601BLK) fits the Hayden 0686 central vacuum sweep inlet. The plate is the visible faceplate that surrounds the floor-level sweep opening, framing the port where you sweep debris directly into the central vacuum piping.

A trim plate that has cracked, warped, or pulled away from the wall leaves the opening looking unfinished and can let the mounting screws show. Fitting a fresh black plate covers the hardware again and gives the sweep inlet a clean, deliberate appearance.
