Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement air-driven motor assembly powers the Turbo Cat T210 carpet tool, spinning the brush roll from suction airflow rather than electricity. The turbine converts the vacuum's airflow into the torque that drives the brush against the carpet.

When the brush roll stops spinning or loses speed despite good airflow, the turbine assembly has usually worn out. Installing a fresh turbine restores full brush-roll speed and the deep agitation that lifts embedded dirt.
